At BAH Studios™, I want my clients to be satisfied with the work they commission. I promise to finish projects within
the projected time period. In the event of a delay, I will promptly notify the client and inform them of the new projected timeline.
I will keep in close touch with my clients during the project, and check through to get approval and edits before final completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Briana Higgins retains the legal rights to all designs and holds the right to use them without the permission of the client, such as for portfolios. This extends only
to the content created by BAH Studios™, and not anything created by the client themselves. Any content created by clients on websites designed by BAH Studios™
are copyrighted to said clients. BAH Studios™ holds no responsibility or liability for content created by its clients.
All website layouts created by BAH Studios™ will include either a small graphic or a text link back to BAH Studios™ in the footer (bottom of page). It is the
client's choice whether to use the graphic or text link, but it MUST NOT be removed as long as the BAH Studios™ created layout is in use. The client also
does NOT have the right to claim the design as their own work. If the client helpd create graphics for the project, BAH Studios™ will include the proper credit
and copyrights in the footer with the BAH Studios™ link.
Once the completed commission (website or logo) has been paid for in full, and all files sent to the client, the commission is considered complete and is at that
point NON-REFUNDABLE. I check several times throughout the creation process with my clients, awaiting approval before completion. If the client finds any
errors in the code or logo, they should inform me of the error. If it is a mistake on my part, I will fix it free of charge. If the error is a result of
misinformation on the client's behalf, a fee of $10 will be charged and paid before the issue is fixed.
By accepting a commission or purchasing a premade layout, the client agrees to all the above terms.
